Can I join If I live outside the US?
Anyone may sign up to our program as long as they are over the age of 18. This program is fully international. If your country's laws and regulations permit it you can join.
Do I have to open and read all the emails?
We can not make you open and read all of the emails, but keep in mind that the more emails you read, the more money you will earn and this is the only way to make our advertisers keep sending adverts. So try to read as many as you can.
What are active members and inactive members?
Active members have confirmed their email address and are members of the program. Pending members have signed up, but haven't responded to the initial email yet. They are not members of the program and cannot earn any money until they activate their account.
When will Gold members receive bonus from their free referrals?
Gold members will receive 10 cents for first level approved free referrals. To become an approved member, these members must earn at least $1 personal clickthrus. This is the only way to protect ourselves from cheating with fake accounts.
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.

How can I cancel my account?
Enter your member ID and password on the "http://www.matrixmails.com/?p=enter" page and choose "Unsubscribe" from the action menu.
How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows MatrixMails to send you email messages and advertisements. You can not cancel receiving email ads from MatrixMails without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Enter your member ID and password on the main page and choose "Cancel Account".
How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "Profile" link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.
I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privledges.
How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts are usually between 1-5 cents for free members, 1.5-7.5 cents for silver members and 2-10 cents for Gold members. Also as an additional bonus Lifetime members will earn double amount for their personal clickthrus.
Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails received by members to have referral earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent by reading emails. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.
When can I request payment?
You may request payment if you are a Free member after you have earned $2(Alertpay/Paypal) personal clickthru or $25 total. Either of the options is enough to receive a payment.
If you are Silver or Gold member, you may request your payment anytime via Paypal or Alertpay.
How can I request payment?
After you have earned desired amount in your account a "Redeem" button will automatically appear on your earnings page. Press that button, enter your ID for the payment method which you want to be paid and your request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department.
When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you on 8-10, 18-20 or 28-30 of each month.
How am I paid?
Payments are made via Alertpay or Paypal.

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to MatrixMails on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming. You will receive a percentage of e-mails read by your referrals.

What is the main difference between your matrix and others on the web ?
First of all we are not a matrix oriented site. Our main purpose is paid email advertising. Matrix is some kind of award system we are giving to our members for selling our paid membership types (Silver and Gold). This gives you two basic advantages. One is that we are here to stay and the other is that you have many plus earning options with our paid programs (Paid to read email, Paid to sign offers, Paid to search web and coming soon casino, auctions etc.). Unlike with other matrix programs, this reduces the chance of losing money.
How many people do I have to refer to be eligible to receive payment ?
There is no need to to refer any number of people to be eligible for payment. And there is no need to finish any leg or any phase either. If there is someone below you, you get one person's earnings. If there are ten people below, you receive ten people's earnings. However, you earn more if you refer personal referrals
I referred one of my friends to the matrix but this earning is not seen in my account. Why?
If any referral has signed with E-gold, 24-48 hours is enough to reflect this earning to your account. However, if he signed with credit card there will be a delay until we receive confirmation from our creditcard company.
